Four steps, and a real conversation along the way. We want every family who enrolls to know exactly what kind of school they are joining — and we want to know your child before the first day.
The Process
New families complete the application. Re‑enrolling families can do this through the Sycamore Family Portal under Family Information.
Share any special education needs, truancy or prior behavioral concerns, and any previous legal matters involving the student. Withholding this can result in denial of acceptance or later dismissal — telling us early lets us give you an honest answer.
Provide records of standardized testing. Placement testing may also be needed.
The principal and administrative assistant review the materials. Follow‑up calls to references and a personal interview may occur. The principal makes the final decision and contacts your family either way.
Once a student is accepted, we request official records from their previous school. All records must be received before a transfer student may enroll.
Every new student gets an orientation to the building, the schedule and the life of the school. Students transferring mid‑year receive a tour and orientation from a member of the administration.

Tuition & Fees
Educating a child in Wisconsin costs roughly $14,882 per year in the public schools. Our goal is to keep the cost to families low.

Tuition varies with the number of students in your family. Contact the school office to discuss your family’s situation.
We know a Christian education can be a financial stretch. Volutuition lets families work off part of their tuition.
Each family or family member may volunteer up to two hours per month, credited at $25 per hour, per student. Tasks are set by the principal and Board according to the needs of the school, and sign‑off sheets are kept with the principal.
A noon meal is available to all students at $4.00, prepared daily at Aspire by our own kitchen staff. We do not participate in the National School Lunch Program. Lunch fees are prepaid — pay any amount to cover whatever period you like — and you will be notified when the balance runs low.
Good to Know
Yes. Transfer students complete the same application process and are subject to review by the administration. All records must be received before enrollment. If records are falsified or information is withheld, a student may be asked to withdraw.
No. Aspire does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality, ethnic origin or religion in admissions. We are, however, an unambiguously Christian school, and families should expect Bible instruction and a biblical worldview in every subject.
Sometimes. We provide Step Up intervention and speech services through the local district, but we are a small school with limited support services. We reserve the right to decline a student or accept conditionally where we cannot serve them well, and we will tell you honestly during admissions.
Students entering school for the first time in 4K or kindergarten, or transferring from another state, should have their immunization record up to date and reported to the school. Wisconsin law allows parents to sign a waiver.
Busing arrangements are being finalized. Families outside the district should check with the district they reside in, and are responsible for contacting the bus company directly. The school does not provide transportation to off‑site events unless stated.
Students should not arrive before 8:10 a.m., and need to be in their classroom by 8:15 a.m. Dismissal is at 3:00 p.m. from the main entrance doors. Let the office know in advance if you need to drop off earlier.
